Robert W. Hall

Bob started his financial service career with New York Life and Hall Financial in 1994. He holds the designation of CLTC (Certified in Long Term Care). He is also a member of NAIFA, the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.

Bob has been a consistent New York Life Council qualifier for 14 years* and has been a long time member of the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table*. He is also past Agent Of The Year for New York Life’s Eastern Washington General Office.

Bob enjoys working with business owners and families to help them achieve their current and future financial needs. He strongly believes that the products and services he and Hall Financial provide help their clients achieve their long term financial goals.

Bob graduated from Eastern Washington University with a degree in communications. Before becoming a financial services professional he owned his own business. He believes that experience helps him when working with his current and future business clients.

Bob and his wife Michelle have three children and two grandchildren and live in Richland Washington.

Troy “Jeff” Woods

Jeff is an independent New York Life agent serving clients in the Tri-City area of Washington as part of the Hall Financial team. Previously, Jeff was a sales manager and then worked as part of the management team at the Eastern Washington General Office with New York Life. During this time, he was responsible for hiring, training and developing financial industry service professionals. He also qualified for the prestigious Executive Council twice during his first two years.

Jeff worked for seven years as an employee of New York Life and then changed his title to financial services independent contractor before joining Hall Financial in 2008. He is a member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT)*, the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), and holds series 6, series 63, and series 7 licenses.

With his wife Felissa, Jeff has nine children and lives in Tri-Cities, Washington.

*Troy Jeff Woods qualified for MDRT for 3 consecutive years: 2010 to 2013.

Bob Hall

Bob D. Hall was born and raised on a rural farm in the Yakima Valley in Washington State. He and his wife, Judy, are the parents of two children and the grandparents of five.

Bob entered the life insurance business in 1964, doing business as Hall Financial Insurance. Bob’s expertise is in both business and personal estate planning. He has built a relationship with CPAs, attorneys and the Nautilus Group to design long term plans for business owners and estate planning for individuals. Bob has used his training and experience to help farmers, ranchers, professional people and businessmen to build, maintain and conserve economic security. Being a businessman and property owner himself, Bob understands the challenges facing businesses and individuals in today’s ever changing financial environment.

Bob is proud of his accomplishments with New York Life Insurance Company, including qualifying for the Million Dollar Round Table*, Top of the Table for 40 years, New York Life’s prestigious Chairman’s Cabinet for 11 years and the Chairman's Council continually since 1976. Bob was also a past Council President.

Bob finds it rewarding to serve his community as a member of the Sunnyside and Yakima Chambers of Commerce, the Lion’s Club, Elks Club, Yakima Rotary, Sunnyside Hospital Foundation Board and as Past President of the Jaycees. Bob is an avid supporter of the Boy Scouts of America and is involved in many fund raising benefits.
